Master Food Distributors is a 3rd generation family owned, full-service food distributor servicing the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States. We started over fifty years ago as a butcher shop in Delaware County PA.

As a young man living on top of the family Butcher shop where he worked with his father. MFD founder Carl Bernstein, saw an opportunity to sell the family’s products to other business in the area. He got a break when he was given an opportunity to service all the 7-11’s in the Tri-State area. From that, MFD was born. In 1979 the business out grew its small Butcher shop and moved to our current location at 900 Conchester Rd. Boothwyn, PA.

Once in the new facility MFD perfected its customized distribution capabilities. Servicing accounts like Wawa and Subway Sandwich shops while continuing growth with the independent eateries. MFD has always attributed their continued success to their commitment to outstanding customer service, on-time deliveries and competitive pricing.
